About

Hi, I'm the voice behind Gather and Focus.

I'm a wellness educator, content creator, and lifelong learner on a mission to make mindful living accessible to everyone — not just the people who already have it figured out.

My story

It started with burnout.

A few years ago, I was running on empty. I had a demanding career, a packed schedule, and absolutely no idea how to slow down. I was productive on paper — but I felt scattered, anxious, and disconnected from what actually mattered.

The turning point came when I stumbled into a meditation class on a whim. That one hour changed everything. Not because it solved all my problems, but because it showed me that stillness was possible — even for someone like me.

I started experimenting. Journaling. Breathwork. Intentional movement. Mindful eating. Slowly, I built a life that felt like mine. And I realized I wasn't alone — millions of people were searching for the same thing: a way to feel more focused, more grounded, and more alive.

So I started sharing. First on social media, then through longer videos, then through this platform. Gather and Focus is the resource I wish I'd had when I was starting out.

My mission

Make the inner work accessible.

I believe that a focused mind is the foundation of a fulfilling life — and that the tools to get there shouldn't be locked behind expensive retreats or complicated programs. Everything I create is designed to be practical, science-informed, and genuinely useful for real people living real lives.

My values

Clarity over complexity

Wellness doesn't have to be complicated. I cut through the noise and give you what actually works.

Compassion first

Progress isn't linear. I meet you where you are — no judgment, no pressure, no perfection required.

Rooted in science

Every practice I share is grounded in research — from neuroscience to positive psychology to behavioral science.

Joy in the journey

The path to a focused life should feel good. I believe in finding delight in the small, everyday moments.
